These Terms of Service govern your use of the Your UK Website agency services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Your UK Website provides bespoke website design and development services for a flat fee of £997. The deliverable is a finalized website product as described in our package scope.
Full payment of £997 is required prior to project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
We aim to deliver the finalized website within 14 business days from receipt of all required materials and payment. Delays caused by client-side factors may extend this timeline.
Upon full payment and final approval, ownership of the completed website design is transferred to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
Your UK Website's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
